Thank you for your interest in our 100% online fundraising program. We strive to make it easy for you to raise money for your organization while providing your supporters with a quality product. Our program Costs Nothing to Get Started! We will provide you an organization ID to setup your online site and a QR Code to access the site to start ordering. Now you are ready to make money from day one! We process the orders, fill the orders, and have them ready for store pickup or ship to your supporters within 3-6 business days.
Once your supporters access the site, they will have to do the following:

Provide their name and email to sign in or continue as a guest.

Select the Organization ID provided to you and add it to the cart.

Select the item(s) they wish to order and add it to the cart. If they wish to just donate, select and add that to the cart.

Select the Shipping option if they want their order shipped to them and add it to the cart. Please provide Name and Address in the special notes. All orders not specified for shipping will be at the store awaiting pick-up by the purchaser.

Pay at the end! They will receive a receipt via text and email. Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is shipped.
All payments are process through our Clover System, and we will provide you a sales report every morning showing your sales and donations. Fundraisers are very effective when tied to an event such as school events, church events etc. No middleman, you will work with one customer representative from Uncle Dave’s Kettle Korn-Chester throughout your entire experience. He or she can address concerns immediately to help streamline this process.
The organization will be responsible for ensuring their family and friends place their order under the designated Organization ID. Organization fundraiser timeline will be 7 days with the option to extend 7 days. UDKK-Chester must receive fundraiser request one month in advance.
